Who are you?
As a functional analyst, you will dive deep into our clients’ business cases and effortlessly translate them into functional requirements. With keen insight, you will dive into the clients’ functional needs and clearly communicate them to the technical team, for example, by creating tickets in JIRA.
You will work closely with our lead developer on wireframes, which serve as the essential blueprint for the development of our applications.
Active participation in meetings and workshops with clients to understand and document their needs will also be part of your role. You will assist the project management team in preparing schedules and keep a sharp eye on deadlines.
Throughout the project, you will prepare detailed end-user documentation for the client and take responsibility for functionally testing tickets and complete flows during the development process.
Your technical skills
Experience with low-code development is a plus but not a requirement. We are mainly looking for someone with the ambition to explore this area.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to easily switch between clients and technical teams.
You have the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear language for non-technical stakeholders. As a team player, you are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience with JIRA and/or Confluence is a plus, but not mandatory. Last but not least, you are skilled at creating wireframes with ease using Figma or Draw.io.
