Our offer
At Contribute, you will be part of an innovative and challenging work environment, where our colleagues and clients are at the heart of everything we do. Openness, transparency, and trust are at the core of our company values, and space for initiative and entrepreneurship is in our DNA.
You will join a team of developers where you can share knowledge and inspire each other. You will also collaborate closely with our other teams (architecture, cloud), so you can rely on their expertise when needed.
During our knowledge-sharing sessions, you will regularly interact with different teams.
Specifically for starters, we have set up Contribute University. In a tailored program, we will determine together the professional direction you want to take and provide you with an intensive knowledge immersion during your first months. Relevant training and internal assignments, complemented with one-on-one coaching from your mentor, will quickly take you to the next level. Once on project, we won’t cut the cord—your mentor will keep a close eye on your progress and assist you with advice and guidance.
At our various social events (shortski, family day/weekend, after-work drinks…), we also build a close-knit team outside working hours, getting to know each other in a different setting.
Last but not least, we offer a competitive salary package, a comprehensive range of benefits and discounts, and, of course, a bunch of passionate and fun colleagues.
