On September 15, 2023, we won the ‘Application Migration and Modernization Award’ from Oracle. The award was presented at Oracle Cloud World 2023 in Las Vegas.
This prestigious award recognizes organizations that have successfully migrated and modernized both Oracle and non-Oracle applications using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Droppar, a division of Contribute, stood out for their successful project with Fieldside, where they transformed and migrated a range of internal applications from an on-premise data center and AWS to Oracle OCI Cloud. This collaboration is the perfect example of how our expertise can help companies achieve their digital transformation.
Olivier Maurice, Cloud Solution Architect at Contribute and founder of Droppar, is at the heart of this project. “With Droppar, we deliver Oracle OCI implementations and cloud-managed services for a diverse customer portfolio, ranging from Tennis and Padel Vlaanderen to Hyundai, Petronas, UZA… We also provide cloud services for Contribute’s Oracle APEX clients, because we believe in the power and flexibility that Oracle APEX offers when combined with OCI,” explains Olivier. “Fieldside is an ecosystem of various IT competence centers. Their internal applications were built by Contribute using Oracle APEX. Thanks to a cloud solution with Oracle OCI, we ensure scalability, continuous productivity, and availability.”
