Solution architect
In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and clients, to define and implement architectural guidelines.

What will you do?
- Design end-to-end software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead technical discussions and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Analyze client requirements/business needs and translate these into technical specifications.
- Build product knowledge with a focus on Oracle and other relevant technologies.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the overall architecture.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines for software architecture to ensure the quality of our solutions.
Your technical skills
- Knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Experience with (low-code) application development projects, knowledge of Oracle and Oracle APEX is a plus.
- A background in software projects is essential.
- Experience with vendor environments (Microsoft, IBM, Redhat, Google, etc.).
- Solution-oriented thinking and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Project and resource management skills.
- Experience designing scalable and reliable systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively tackle technical challenges.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
