One of our clients is Hyundai Heavy Industries Europe NV (HHIE). HHIE supplies machinery for heavy industries within the European construction sector, with a strong focus on operational performance and increasing the ease of use of their machines. We spoke with Mr. Ivan Goossens, IT Manager at HHIE, about his experience with our managed services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cOur Oracle database is becoming increasingly important. Through the internet, we want to distribute more and more information to our dealer network, all of which is based on Oracle technology. As a result, our database has become critical, and it cannot go down; the impact on our business would be too great.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe contract with our previous provider lacked proactivity. The database was monitored to identify potential problems, but only quarterly, which was far too infrequent.
