Your role
As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a client portfolio across Belgium, with a focus on the Brussels and Antwerp regions.
You will build strong, lasting relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring day-to-day account management. You can rely on solid experience and an existing network to bring in new clients.
Your focus will be on maintaining relationships and finding new opportunities with existing clients by thinking along with them, actively listening to their needs and mapping them further. During this process, you will have the support and expertise of our (technical) experts.
Who are you?
Strong communicator
You communicate fluently and convincingly, but understand the importance of listening. You can easily navigate between both business and technical audiences, in Dutch, English, and preferably also French.
Experienced in B2B
You have experience in a B2B environment, ideally in consultancy or solution selling.
Insights into sales processes
You know how a sales process works and have the skills to expand and maintain relationships with medium- to large accounts.
Dynamic, entrepreneurial, assertive, and solution-oriented
Independent and results-oriented
You have your affairs well-organized and a strong sense of quality.
Team player
You quickly build a strong internal network, so you know exactly which colleague to approach for specific questions.
