Your role: The Strategic and Commercial Counterpart
At Contribute (part of the Fieldside cluster), you will form a powerful duo with our current coordinator. While your partner takes the lead in technological architecture, technical foundations and pre-sales activities, you are the driving force behind strategic, commercial and people-focused growth.
Together you form a complementary tandem: technically strong on one side, commercially and organisationally sharp on the other. Not a role on the sidelines, but a position in which you genuinely co-decide and steer.
What will you do?
As coordinator, you share responsibility for the vision and operations of Contribute. You bring structure, identify commercial opportunities and know how to connect people to our story.
Your focus areas:
- Commercial Vision: Together with marketing & sales, you position our brand powerfully in the market and build lasting client relationships.
- Strategy & Growth: You translate ambitions into concrete plans and drive results.
- People & Organisation: You coach the team, optimise processes and safeguard company culture.
